CASERO 1923 T BUCKET QWK23

Designed, Created, and constructed by David Huckett

This T Bucket was a result of an interest I have had in T Buckets that started after I read an old magaxine in the late 70's.  I had been racing an altered T Bucket at a local drag strip that closed down and I did not have the time to campaign at track further away.  Over the years I had collected engine parts to build a supercharged small block Chevy.  The altered was not capable of running a blown engine safely, so once the drag strip closed I thought I might build a Hotrod for the street and set it up with a blower.

These pages contain a bit of a photo diary to show some of the work involved.  The whole bucket has been constructed and built from the ground up by myself. This includes the following:

  1. Design
  2. Frame manufacturing and welding
  3. Bbuilding of the engine and running gear
  4. Setup and tuning of the electronic fuel injection system
  5. Fibreglass laminating and mould construction
  6. Painting
  7. Iinterior construction and upholstery
  8. Electrical wiring
  9. Design and contruction and programming of the computer system ( Over 8 Computers!)
  10. Construction & programming of the biometric ignition system.

If you would like further ino please do not hesitate to ask.  I have no problem explaing what I have done, although please do not start bullshitting me or telling me about your 650ci nitrous, blown, turbo small block in your mums old commodore, you will only make a fool of yourself.

Enjoy...
